With the Swiss Travel System, we provide tourists and visitors from abroad with advantageous tickets for travelling within Switzerland. The most important of these are:
- the Swiss Travel Pass (a kind of GA Travelcard) for adults and for young people up to 26 years old.
- the Swiss Half Fare Card (a kind of Half Fare Travelcard for a one-month period).
- the Swiss Family Card (a kind of Junior Travelcard) for families with children aged between 6 and 16 years old. With this card, children can travel free of charge when accompanied by at least one parent. The accompanying parent must hold a valid ticket from the Swiss Travel System product range.
- Please note: to receive the Swiss Family Card directly, add the child as a passenger under ‘Add passengers’ when you buy your ticket.
